The Structural Engineers Association of Massachusetts (SEAMass) is a non-profit organization established to pursue the common interests of practicing structural engineers and others sharing an interest in the activities of structural engineers. Members are individuals who are licensed professional engineers, licensed professional structural engineers, engineers in training, students pursuing a degree towards structural engineering and individuals sharing an interest in the activities of SEAMass. The Association is a Member Organization of the National Council Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA). 22 Jan 2007: Massachusetts Building Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings Based on an email from Robert Anderson, BBRS Administrator, to the Board (BBRS) 1/3/07, the Seventh Edition Building Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings has been approved by members of the Board of Building Regulations and Standards. The official code will be availavable from the State House Bookstore soon. The unoffical version is currently available for purchase directly from the International Code Council (ICC).more ...
